What can I do if I am having an issue registering for the BlueList using my CAC or ECA token?
If you have not received the verification email, check your Junk and/or Spam folder. If you receive an Email Verification Process Failed error when registering, sign out of the account and attempt to sign in again to re-register. If issues persist, use the Contact Us support form to send your inquiry to BlueList support personnel. Please provide details explaining the issue you are having and/or error message you received.
What can I do if I am having an issue viewing data or data is not loading after signing into my BlueList account?

How do I update my BlueList account profile?
After signing in on the BlueList Homepage, click on your name and select
Profile
. Enter the required information and click on
Update Information
.
Can I access all features from my government-issued mobile device?
To utilize the full capabilities of the BlueList site, you should utilize a web browser on your computer.
I am a vendor. How do I submit a product for NDAA certification review?
On the BlueList Homepage, click on
UAS Systems tab
and click on
Submit Your Product
. Fill in the required information.
How do I register to gain access to the Blue List CAC / ECA Token enabled site?
On the BlueList Homepage, click on Sign In. On the next page, click on
Smart Card Login
. Select your
Authentication Certificate
, click OK, enter your PIN and click OK. On the Welcome to DCMA (Stratus) page, click Accept. You will be prompted to fill out your email address. On the next screen, enter your First Name and Last Name, and then click
Update/Verify Information
. A verification email will be sent to the email address you provided. Follow the instructions in the email. Your BlueList account is now registered. Please note, it could take up to 15 mins for your account to be provisioned.
I do not have a CAC. How do I obtain an ECA token?
